When we feel depressed it is advisable to plan out thing that makes us happy, like watching movies, hanging out with friends, attending outdoor events and carrying out some house chores we enjoy doing. ·      Do something you have done before: one of thing that will help you is trying some new that you haven’t done in a long time or before when you’re depressed, you’re in a rut. Push yourself to do something different. Go to different places, visited unique sites in location, pick up some book and read it in a place you feel comfortable like (home, park, garden and liberty), volunteer for community work. Take advantage outdoor looks and try out different sports. When we are challenge ourselves to do something different, there are chemicals change in the brain. You’re depressed you may want to pull back from life and give up your responsibilities at home and at work: don’t staying involved and having daily responsibilities can help you maintain a lifestyle that can help counter depression. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment.



·      Deal with the negative thoughts: more often than not negative vibes or impression tend to give room for depression. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental: changing how you think. When you’re depressed, you leap to the worst possible conclusions. The next time you’re feeling depressed or terrible about yourself, use logic as a natural remedy. You might feel like no likes you, or what to be around you or may you are ghost that people can’t see you, you might feel like a worthless person also, but truly is that you or imagination. Know that you can beat back those negative thoughts before they get you out of control 



·      Be interactive: socially when you become interactive with people it tend in away reduce your negative though, try to get involved with group chat online or some places around you, get to new people and faces around your location for benefit which will make more active that before.
